The Women's Reservation Bill was first proposed by HD Deve Goda led government in 1996, more than a decade ago. Since then, the bill has been sibjected to many discussions both inside the Parliament and outside it. But today is the historic day when the Bill is being presented in Rajya Sabha for discussion, and voting is also expected to be done today.

What does the bill propose?

Imtiaz Ali may be basking in the commercial success of his second film "Love aaj Kal", but as far as I am concerned, it was a complete dud. The film didn't work for me and felt almost like never ending torture.

I was looking for a beggie lasagna recipe and this is what I found. The measurments r not in units we use in India, but if u r an experienced cook...u should be able to manage anyway. If u r not, u may do the conversions before u begin.

Ingredients

11/2 lb Eggplant
11/2 lb Zucchini
as needed --- Salt
as needed --- Olive oil
12 oz Ricotta cheese
1 oz Parmesan cheese grated
1 Egg beaten
2 tbsp Chopped parsley
to taste --- Pepper
11/2 qt Tomato Sauce for Pasta
1 lb Mozzarella cheese sliced
2 tbsp Fresh basil cut chiffonade (thin strips or shreds )
2 oz Grated Parmesan cheese

A little bird was flying south for the Winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field.

While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.
As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.

The dung was actually thawing him out!
He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.

A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Morals of the story:
