Fried Tofu Chips

I saw this interesting recipe on lowcarbdiets.com. I like it a lot and so want to share...

They are very versatile! You can spice them up in many ways, use them instead of corn chips for nachos, make them sweet, or put toppings on them for appetizers or snacks.

Low Carb Almond Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 t salt (if using salted butter, omit salt here)
1 t vanilla extract
1 t almond extract
1 egg (optional)
 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300°F.
